Chris Spear, CCIM
Principal
Chris specializes in the sales and leasing of commercial property in Miami-Dade County. His services include buyer & tenant representation, consultations, lease and purchase negotiations, and site selections. In 2002, he received his degree from Florida State University and immediately began a career in real estate. Since joining the ComReal Miami team in 2007, he has represented local, national and global companies; some of those companies include: Goodyear Tire, PS Business Parks, General Electric, Transcend, MSI Stone, 1 Sale A Day, Air-Pro, Allied Caribbean, and many more.
Edward Redlich, SIOR, CCIM, Principal
Over the past 17 years, Ed has been assisting companies small and large with their industrial real estate needs in the Miami area. He obtained a degree from Florida International University, became a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), www.ccim.com, and joined the prestigious ranks of the SIOR’s (Society of Industrial & Office Realtors –www.sior.com) in 2008. He works with companies with consultations, asset disposition, buyer & tenant representation, property development, and landlord representation. A few of his clients include: General Electric, Goodyear Tire, Burger King, Enterprise Car Rental, Costex Corp, PS Business Parks and MSI Stone.
Edison Vasquez,
CCIM, Principal
Over the last 10 years, Edison has been specializing in industrial space. He joined ComReal in 2010 to work with the industrial team on the sale and leasing of industrial properties in Miami. He was born and raised in Ecuador. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University, and his Masters in International Real Estate from Florida International University. In 2013, along with Chris Spear, Edison received the CCIM designation. He is bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English) and is proud of his Ecuadorian heritage. He has successfully helped many domestic and international companies locate their warehouse in the competitive, South Florida industrial real estate market.
Patrick McBride, Commercial Advisor
Pat specializes in both the sale and leasing of industrial property and land in South Florida. Prior to joining the ComReal team, Pat practiced law at a well-known construction law firm in Miami where he represented various notable architects and engineers. He also gained invaluable experience representing developers and owners. He couples his financial background and prior experience as a construction law attorney to represent his client’s interests to the fullest. Pat keeps his Florida Bar license active.
Brandon Boyd
Commercial Advisor
Brandon specializes in the sale and leasing of agriculture land throughout the State of Florida. Brandon’s specialty revolves not only around vacant land, but also land with shade houses, row crop, and outdoor tree farms. Brandon remains very involved in the agricultural industry and is an expert in the new Florida Hemp cultivation. He also gained invaluable experience in the horticulture industry, in South Florida, where he was a head grower. He uses his agriculture background, education and experience as both an owner and grower to help his client’s achieve their business goals.
Patricia Quintana
Commercial Advisor
Patricia Quintana, Commercial Advisor, possesses over thirty-five years of real estate experience. Licensed since 1983, she has concluded over 537 commercial real estate lease and sale transactions totaling over $43 million dollars. Her past experience includes positions such as Director of Leasing, overseeing 3.2 million square feet, 350 tenants comprising of industrial, office and flex properties. Experienced in landlord and tenant representation, she was designated a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2003. She is fluent in Spanish, originally from Colombia, and speaks some Portuguese.
Yarisley Morales
Marketing Director
Yarisley Morales, Director of Marketing, was born in Cuba. She joined ComReal in 2013 and helps the team significantly by facilitating their day to day activities. She graduated from Florida International University (FIU) in 2012 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management. Yarisley knows that a crucial aspect to a successful business is effective communication with clients, and strives to provide great customer service. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
